Can you fix my problem remotely?
Yes, we have a facility to fix faults remotely, but it all depends on what’s wrong. For instance, problems related to broadband or wireless can often only be diagnosed and fixed during an onsite visit.
How much do you charge?
A single onsite visit starts from just £40. We work Monday – Saturday, for home computer owners we can come to you in your home, or for business owners, visit your workplace, at a time to suit you.
Can you make my computer quicker?
In almost all cases, yes. There are many ways we can achieve speed improvements, so please contact us to discuss your options.
Is my computer too old?
We work on computers of all ages, but if your computer is older than 6 years, then why not discuss a replacement.
How long have you been working in IT?
We have over 15 years of working experience. WEBBS Computer Services was formed in 2006.
